Renewal Tracker, a product of Pabbas Consultancy Services Private Limited, provides digital, subscription-based services. Because our platform offers immediate access to Pro features upon activation, we maintain a clear policy regarding refunds and cancellations.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Renewal Tracker subscription at any time through your account dashboard. [cite: 17, 18, 65, 66] Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current billing cycle. [cite: 17, 18] No further recurring fees will be charged after the cancellation is processed. [cite: 16, 17, 18]

2. Refund Eligibility

Since Renewal Tracker is a low-cost, high-value digital service available from any internet browser, we generally do not offer refunds once a subscription period has begun. [cite: 11, 16] However, exceptions may be made in the following cases:

  • Technical Failures: If a verified technical error on our cloud-based environment prevents you from accessing the system for more than 72 consecutive hours. [cite: 19, 20]
  • Duplicate Payments: If multiple charges occur for a single activation due to a payment gateway error.

3. Referral Rewards

Referral bonuses earned (₹49 per friend) are credited to your internal wallet. These rewards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, though they may be used for future subscription renewals within the platform.

4. Process for Refund Claims
